From back yard gardening enthusiast to bringing my love for growing fresh flowers to you.

I am originally a North Dakota girl but living in South Dakota for the last 20 years my heart is stuck here. I have always loved to garden and make sure my children would know the value of the food they ate. I started with just a small vegetable garden to turning my whole back yard into flowers. I have a full-time job as the District Manager at Kingsbury Conservation and a part time job at the Counties Weed and Pest Supervisor. The belief in keeping everything as natural as I can comes from loving my job in Conservation and inspiring others to do the same. In the spring and summers (in-between planting trees) I help out with a local Growing YOUth gardening program. We teach urban children how to grow garden and love their vegetables. It has been one of my highlights to bring the knowledge of soil and grow plants to enthusiastic kids. We hope to grow this program to other communities in the state of South Dakota. 

My hope is that by selling my flower arrangements I can also spread the conservation values I have learned.
